Who is behind WanderVerse.

The company

The planned for-profit hardware company. Once products exist, it would file BOMs, hire Ambassadors, run production, ship products and pay taxes. The founder would receive a W-2 salary capped at a public multiple of the local living-wage calculator. No founder-equity payouts beyond that salary are planned.

The long-term plan

• Phase 1: Today. WanderVerse is in design. Nothing is sold yet, so no Community Pool money has been paid.
• Phase 2: 2027–2030. LLC converts to a Public Benefit Corporation.

The founder

Michael Eisinger. 11+ years in nonprofit and federal program management. Built WanderSafe, runs Wandering With Pride. Lives in the DC area. Writes WanderVerse on a Mac mini that runs the whole stack locally. Compensated by W-2 salary from the LLC.

The team

The hire plan calls for an engineering lead, a contract manufacturer relationship, and a Tier-3 medical Ambassador trainer in 2026–2027. As the catalog grows, the Ambassador network grows. The team-of-one phase ends when the first paid engineer is hired.

What WanderVerse is not

• Not a venture-funded startup. No outside equity. No board takeover risk.
• Not planned as a subscription business. Hardware sales would fund the company.
• Not a data company. We hold no user data we don't have to.
• Not a brand-extension play. The brand is the device.
