SERVICE-FLOW.md - Ambassador-side Service Flow

Inbound Diagnostic

When a WanderPet device arrives at an ambassador's location for repair or s service, follow these steps:

1. Visual Inspection:

Field-Replaceable Units

Ambassador Signature Provenance

Each WanderPet device includes a unique ambassador signature engraved insid inside the back cover to establish ownership and traceability. This practic practice ensures accountability and supports customer trust:

ambassador’s unique identifier into the inner surface of the device cover.

3. Verification Procedure:

confirm that the signature is clearly visible and accurately represents the the assigned ambassador.
